Prices
All prices displayed on SmartBuyder are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.
SmartBuyder may also contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order, delivery address, or other order details.
Providing accurate contact and delivery information is the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Payment
SmartBuyder currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment must be made when the order is delivered unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
Delivery
SmartBuyder currently delivers within Qatar.
Orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Free delivery is available for orders of QAR 120 or more.
For orders below QAR 120, the applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the required COD payment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
